Who am I ?

Within the last 25 years...

Only two things have constantly been in my life and will stay forever: the will to serve a good, beautiful and true purpose, and… storytelling.

At age 8, I was already unconsciously learning the lines and voice tones of my favourite anime characters by ear.

At age 20, I was introduced to role playing, and at age 25, to radio drama.

I believe this is what started this habit I have developed to this day of constantly listening to people telling interesting stories in my earplugs, while simultaneously reciting what they are saying…

A habit that, to this day onwards, still delights my dog and confuses anyone who witnesses the scene.

(They must take me either for a rookie bard or a zany fellow).

Around this age I also asked myself, after I graduated a business school, how I could match my work as a consultant (a job I think I practice better and in a more meaningful way today than ever before) with this all-consuming passion for voices and storytelling.

Fortunately, I met, and lived around, many artists at that time, so I was able to create my first audio drama in 2012, in which I worked both as the leading part and as the co-director.

The machine was set in motion.

Thanks to this audio drama, I was hired as a radio director, in charge of the audiobook programs.

After two years in this job, I never stopped reading out loud for people, and here we are ten years later, with me having read several hundreds of books for audiences, while of course constantly continuing to train in fields such as comedy, singing, voice distortion, voice acting…

But my true path only revealed itself through my other job as a sports coach, for which I got certified in 2017.

That was the moment when it clicked, and things became crystal clear for me:

In order to be efficient as a consultant, to make my clients improve and reach their goals, both personally and professionally, I needed to mix business consulting, well-compassed physical training, and voice exploration as a psychological, artistic and communication tool.

Without a proper mix of physical exercise, intellectual service and artistic guidance, a key component would indeed always be missing for a real change to occur.

The Lego Voce project was born.

For you, for myself, and for the boy who has been willing to keep storytelling alive for 25 years.
